This pillow was once a so much lower high quality than the pillows at the Westin Hotels. When I spoke to the customer service lady on the telephone, she stated lets dry the pillow with tennis balls and a moist material to fluff it up. No thanks! Who desires to sleep on a pillow smelling like soggy tennis balls. Unfortunately, in view that this pillow used to be a present, shall wen't return it without the senders bank card.
